The East Bay College Admissions Advisors (EBCAA) is a group of Independent Educational Consultants (IECs) based in the San Francisco East Bay, who are dedicated to helping students and families with the college admissions process.
EBCAA was founded by Haruka Yamashita in 2017. EBCAA has partnered with Splash at UC Berkeley each Spring and Fall to organize the Parent Program since 2020.
